Welcome to Sirch.org, a people-centric search engine designed to protect your privacy and provide a more democratic search experience. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Sirch.org, including any content, features, functionality, and services offered on or through the website, mobile applications, or other online platforms associated with Sirch.org (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other policies, guidelines, or rules that we may establish and post on the Service from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

However, if you are accessing or using Sirch.org from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of your own jurisdiction. Additionally, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or your use of Sirch.org may be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New York or the jurisdiction of courts located in your own jurisdiction, depending on applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sirch.org with respect to the Service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications between you and us. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

1. Blockchain Crypto Coin

Sirch.org may offer a blockchain crypto coin ("Coin") that can be used to access and purchase certain features or services on the Service. The Coin is not legal tender, and its value may fluctuate based on various factors, including market conditions and demand. By using the Service and purchasing or using the Coin, you agree to the following:

a. You acknowledge that the Coin is a digital asset and is not backed by any government or other third party.

b. You understand that the purchase or use of the Coin may involve risks, including but not limited to the risk of loss of the Coin or of value, and you assume all such risks.

c. You agree to use the Coin only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

d. You agree that Sirch.org may, in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Coin at any time and without notice.

e. You agree that Sirch.org is not responsible for any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of your use of the Coin, including but not limited to losses resulting from the fluctuation of the Coin's value.

f. You agree that Sirch.org is not responsible for any taxes or fees that may be incurred as a result of your use of the Coin.

g. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the Coin.

h. You agree to hold Sirch.org and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Coin.

12. Waiver and Severability

No waiver of by Sirch.org of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Sirch.org to assert a right or provision under these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Sirch.org with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Service.
